Todos los exprimidores Zummo utilizan un sistema de exprimido exclusivo que
los hace únicos en el sector, el Efficient Vertical System — EVS. La fruta se corta,
de forma precisa, en dos mitades que se exprimen mediante presión. De esta
forma se obtiene la máxima rentabilidad de cada fruta y se logra el sabor más
natural, porque la corteza sale intacta del proceso de exprimido y no entra, en
ningún momento, en contacto con el zumo.

All Zummo juicers use an exclusive squeezing system that makes them unique:
the Efficient Vertical System (EVS). The fruit is precisely cut into two halves to be
then squeezed by pressure, which enables to have the maximum amount of juice
from each fruit. Also, the most natural flavour is obtained, since the peel remains
intact during the squeezing process and it does not come into contact with the
juice at any time.
